Lunchtime Meditation Sessions
These 1 hour sessions provide an opportunity to take a break in the day to learn about and use some simple mindful meditation practices. The practices are entirely secular and based on recognised principles of mindfulness.
The sessions are led by Bob Chase who has 25 years' experience as a meditator and trained to teach mindfulness with Bangor University Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice. Bob is co-founder of Mindful in the City.
Who is it for?
Any adult who is interested in developing their resilience to stress in their lives. For the frantic man or woman in the office or home. For those seeking a deeper insight into the working of their own minds and how we cause difficulties for ourselves.
