================
This evening session is ideal for anyone who is curious about mindfulness. I will introduce some simple formal practices, some theory and the latest research.
The evening will be tailored to the experience of the participants.
I will also cover how you can take your interest further. How to find a good teacher and what might be a good starting point. I will be happy to chat after the session to individuals.
Location
We will be moored on the river just off White Post Lane on the edge of the Olympic Park. The closest station is Hackney Wick (3 minutes on foot). Turning left from the station, then left onto White Post Lane, you should see Barge Fiodra on your right hand side as you cross over the canal. The nearest postcode is E9 5EN
