This session is ideal for anyone who is curious about mindfulness. It will include some theory and the latest research as well as an opportunity to try out a mindfulness practice.
It will also cover how you can take your interest further. How to find a good teacher and what might be a good starting point. Bob will be happy to chat after the session to individuals.
Session tutor
Bob Chase has been a meditator for over 25 years. He has taught workshops and led groups in charities and organisations including: Arthritis Care, Cancer Research, the National Autistic Society and the government department DEFRA. Bob trained to teach with the Bangor University Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice and adheres to the UK Network for Mindfulness Teachers – Good Practice Guidelines.
